Just one month after our last update, the list of the biggest LEGO sets of all time by piece count has seen its most dramatic change in years.
The reveal of a certain 12,000-piece LEGO Architecture model this week has seen a huge shift in the list of massive LEGO models. The top entry has finally been dethroned, and this update comes not long after a The Lord of the Rings model joined.
Here are the top 10 biggest LEGO sets of all time by piece count, in order of piece count ascending. This important update has seen 75331 The Razor Crest exit the list following its retirement.
10 - LEGO Star Wars 75313 AT-AT
Pieces: 6,785 Price: £734.99 / $849.99 / €849.99 Year: 2021 Available: Retired

75313 AT-AT stands at 6,785 pieces and now sits at the very bottom of the list. It is also now just one of three LEGO Star Wars sets in the top 10 list, but is somehow the smallest at 6,785 elements and £734.99 / $849.99 / €849.99. This model is now retired.
9 – LEGO Pokémon 72153 Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise
Pieces: 6,838 Price: £579.99 / $649.99 / €649.99 Year: 2026 Available: Now

2026 has been a colossal year for the list of the biggest LEGO sets of all time, already featuring three huge builds. One of these is from Pokémon. 72153 Venusaur, Charizard and Blastoise depicts the three titular creatures at a large scale with a detailed base. It is one of the biggest and most expensive sets of all time, befitting of the high-profile property it is based on.
8 – LEGO Star Wars 75192 Millennium Falcon
Pieces: 7,541 Price: £734.99 / $849.99 / €849.99 Year: 2017 Available: Now

LEGO Star Wars 75192 Millennium Falcon is still scheduled to retire in 2026, and currently sits at spot number eight in this list. This classic Star Wars model features 7,541 elements and has remained on shelves for nearly 10 years.
7 – LEGO Icons 11377 The Lord of the Rings: Minas Tirith
Pieces: 8,278 Price: £579.99 / €649.99 / $649.99 Year: 2026 Available: June 1

After launching earlier this month as what was originally the sixth-largest LEGO set of all time, 11377 The Lord of the Rings: Minas Tirith sits at 8,278 pieces and in the seventh spot. You can still pick up this massive model with its exclusive gift-with-purchase this weekend.
6 - LEGO Star Wars 75419 Death Star
Pieces: 9,023 Price: £899.99 / $999.99 / €999.99 Year: 2025 Available: Now

75419 Death Star is next up with 9,023 elements and an eye-watering price tag of £899.99 / $999.99 / €999.99. This set rounded out 2025 as one of the ultimate LEGO Star Wars models and remains right in the middle of this list.
5 – LEGO Icons 10276 Colosseum
Pieces: 9,036 Price: £474.99 / $549.99 / €549.99 Year: 2020 Available: Retired

When you think about it, 10276 Colosseum should have been a part of Architecture. Despite that, the 9,036-piece LEGO Icons model recreates the iconic Roman landmark and was once the biggest LEGO set of all time by piece count.
4 – LEGO Icons 10294 Titanic
Pieces: 9,090 Price: £589.99 / $679.99 / €679.99 Year: 2021 Available: Now

10294 Titanic takes the fourth spot with 9,090 pieces, recreating the historic vessel on a smaller scale. That smaller scale doesn't stop the model from measuring over 135cm long, though.
3 – LEGO Icons 10307 Eiffel Tower
Pieces: 10,001 Price: £554.99 / $629.99 / €629.99 Year: 2022 Available: Now

10307 Eiffel Tower is almost certainly the biggest LEGO set by overall volume, towering over any other model at 149cm tall and containing just over 10,000 pieces. That doesn't help it in this specific ranking, though, where it is trumped by the other models.
2 – LEGO Art 31203 World Map
Pieces: 11,695 Price: £214.99 / $249.99 / €249.99 Year: 2021 Available: Retired

Believe it or not, 31203 World Map is no longer the biggest LEGO set by piece count. The 11,695-piece build held that title for years thanks to its vast array of smaller round tiles. Now, it has been dethroned by something with plenty of small elements, but that can be more reasonably labelled the biggest LEGO set of all time.
1 – LEGO Architecture 21065 Sagrada Familia
Pieces: 12,060 Price: £649.99 / €749.99 / $799.99 Year: 2026 Available: Nov 1, 2026

The LEGO Group has officially announced that at 12,060 pieces, LEGO Architecture 21065 Sagrada Familia is the largest LEGO model ever released by piece count. This colossal recreation of the huge landmark will be launched this November for £649.99 / €749.99 / $799.99 as a display piece that is sure to be a talking point, but one that looks repetitive to build.
